It might be helpful to submit this information upstream to the Intel
Wireless driver bug tracker at
http://www.intellinuxwireless.org/bugzilla/.  There are some
instructions for reporting firmware errors at
http://www.intellinuxwireless.org/?n=fw_error_report .  It looks like
you will want to load the driver with debugging enabled via 'modprobe
iwl3945 debug=0x43fff '.
