I confirm the bug for Ubuntu and Kubuntu RC-1 : download the live-CD, burn, reboot on the live-CD --- > Busy box.
I attach my lspci.

If it can help you to improve the product, my computer is *the* Dell
that was sold with pre-installed Feisty (Inspiron 530). Feisty and Gutsy
work perfectly.
