The latest driver seems to work for me (on msi wind) , except that the connection is dropped some times and I have to unload, reload the module to get it work again... But this doesn't happen very often, only when the computer stay on for a long time.
Also I've fount that this driver has the same multicast bug as explained here :

I can't use avahi until it's fixed :(
