Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: linux-generic
After resuming from standby, NetworkManager says "Network is disabled"
when I click on it to check the Ethernet connection status. I can't
reconnect until I run "sudo service networking restart". Wireless
chipset is running on the iwl3945 driver, but the wireless was disabled
in NetworkManager before going into standby.
