[Bug 304079] Re: thinkpad_ec and thus tp_smapi can not be loaded

There is a new version 0.40 of tp-smapi available which provides a
module-parameter "force_io=1" specifically targeting this problem.
Specifying this parameter allows to load thinkpad_ec successfully now
for me now.
