[Bug 195673] [NEW] kernel-package build incomplete header package for 2.6.24

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kernel-package

With the x86 architecture merge, the structure of the kernel header tree
changed. The items are missing:

* include/asm should be a link to asm-x86

* the arch/Makefile_* should be included

without these the resulting header package does not work for building
kernel modules at all.

The bug is present in all versions of kernel-package from both ubuntu
and debian. There are some related bugs logged, about nvidia kernel
modules not building as well as vmware modules not building.
