[Bug 197602] [NEW] update-initramfs after security upgrade

Public bug reported:

During a security update dpkg ran update-initramfs.  While that was
running power to my PC was lost.

When I turned my PC on, it wouldn't boot.  I had to boot a rescue CD and
manually run update-initramfs
