After upgrading to BIOS version 71 the hang time has come down to 40
seconds from 5~6 minutes.

I have also noticed that the hang occurs while the system is in a C6
MWAIT (EAX = 0x50, ECX=0x1) state.

With he BIOS ver 71 it's MWAIT(EAX=0x52, ECX=0x1)
