[Bug 199743] [NEW] linux-virtual metapackage broken - deps on nonexistant l-r-m-virtual

Public bug reported:

In Hardy, the linux-virtual metapackage is broken.  To be specific, said
package depends on a linux-restricted-modules-virtual package - one that
doesn't exist.  Could this dependency be removed such that the linux-
virtual metapackage could work properly?
