Is there any fix for this bug?
Do I have to resign myself not to watch TV on Intrepid or stay with Hardy (at least 2.6.24 kernel)?

  I have a TT-Budget/WinTV-NOVA-S  PCI card that I use without issues in Hardy.
  
  Intrepid's Kernel 2.6.26 seems not to have frontend drivers for my card:
