[Bug 283818] [NEW] Novatel U727 CDMA Card does not work with Kernel Version 2.6.27-7

When running with kernel version 2.6.27.7 my Novatel U727 CDMA card does
not work. When booting an older kernel version (such as 2.27.4)
everything works great.

Here is the output of lsusb when running on 2.5.27.4:
