I think that you are wrong about there being some traffic flowing. I
opened system monitor and watched for a full 60 seconds the internet
traffic was at 0(both sending and receiving). and the whole time the
light was blinking _non-stop_.
attached is a screen shot of system monitor showing the internet traffic
at zero for a full minute. and _yes_ all this time the light was
blinking!
If you really have reason to believe that there _is_ traffic flowing
during this time, then do you think I should file a bug report against
'system monitor' for failing to show that traffic?!
I think i am mis understanding the 'dell project'. this is a dell-
ubuntu xps m1330 specific issue. how can this not be a an issue for the
'dell project'. if it's not, then what kind of bugs should i report to
the 'dell project'? I don't get it!
