same here see Bug #289775
I was given the notice that I have a package problem. during the last few days I noticed that the configuration of package linux-ubuntu-modules-2.6.24-21-generic 2.6.24-21.32 failed but when I looked in synaptic there was no broken package. so I left it and was hoping it will fix itself with the next update
