Hallo,
I have the same bug on my Notebook
Maxdata Pro 6100 l / Intel Pentium M 2Ghz/ 1GB RAM/ Nvida GeForce Go 6200/6400
Ubuntu 8.04 (32bit)/ Kernel Linux 2.6.24-19-generic/ GNOME 2.22.3

it look like that my problem base on my internal USB Bluetooth Doogel.
My log data (uname  -a, lspci -vvnn, lsusb, lsusb -v, dmesg) as attachment .
