Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: linux-backports-modules
The current version of bcm5974 in hardy-lbm, 0.57, contains a few
problems:
* The BTN_TOUCH event is missing, effectively preventing bcm5974 to work
as a mouse using mousedev
* Auto-suspend is not supported
* After closing the device (leaving X), the keyboard sometimes becomes
unusable
By upgrading to bcm5974-0.65, which is both upstream and in intrepid,
these problems are remedied.
Patch included.
** Affects: linux-meta (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
