My bugreport: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/421117 was marked
as a duplicat of this one.

I managed to fix the problem with: 
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install nvidia-185-kernel-source

Maybe this will help others here?
