This is not fixed, its better with the backports and updates connection
no longer drops but like Roy Lee said, connection speed goes to zero
every few minutes.

Its a real annoyance on networks like bittorrent because it takes a bit
of time for peers to reestablish full connection speed and so it lowers
the average speed a lot.
