[Bug 272247] Re: System freezes during boot, unless I hold a key down

I'm a big fan of linux and I hate windows more than sin, so yeah.  I
have a Compaq F700 with these problems previously described, and I've
downloaded all updates and no bug fixes so far... so right now I'm
running an older version (8.04) so when the bug fix makes it into
updates can someone notify me so I can upgrade?  Awesome, thanks guys,
as a programmer I appreciate your work greatly.
