I said "it increases on battery even if I have laptop_mode enabled".
This was due to having firefox open. Without firefox, on battery, with
laptop_mode enabled, it only increases very slowly, like it is supposed
to do.

However, after plugging in AC again it keeps increasing. This might be
the fault of laptop_mode. Since I was involved in some laptop-mode-tools
development and testing on this laptop some time ago, there is a chance
there is something I have forgotten to revert back to default, so I
would be thankful if someone else can verify this on Hardy.
