This is a duplicate of 188621, however to make life easy here's the fix
for you:

edit /etc/rc.local add the below before the "exit 0" line:

rmmod b43
rmmod b44
rmmod ssb
rmmod ndiswrapper
modprobe ndiswrapper
modprobe ssb
modprobe b44
