I can report that it works very well--You need to remove/delete all
other instances of the driver first....then it works & plays very well
with the system....I have kept the /etc/Wireless/RT2860.dat file in my
system & it interacts with the kernel driver as expected.
I recommend that a way is made to verify that the path
/etc/Wireless/RT28xx.dat has been created & include the file for
configuring the driver there also--that includes many good ways for the
end-user to tailor the driver to his/her needs. Alternatively, there
"should" be a notification that there is a file needed to tailor the
driver & include the D/L address.
