Public bug reported:

Since for karmic, the 'linux-restricted-modules-*' packages are no
longer offered, there is no need anymore for the 'linux' metapackage to
be in the restricted component of the archive. It's only dependency is
now 'linux-image' which is in main.

** Affects: linux-meta (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
