[Bug 394565] [NEW] package linux-image-2.6.28-13-generic 2.6.28-13.45 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 2

I know that this bug maybe a duplicate of bug #388923, but I got an
error exit status 2 instead of exit status 10. Besides, I haven't got a
working solution from that bug, so I decided to open up a new bug report
instead.

Previously, I got the very same error when updating the kernel to
2.6.28-13.44 and now it occured again when updating to 2.6.28-13.45 via
http://security.ubuntu.com repo.

Any ideas?
