Hi Manuel,

Sorry for the delayed response.  This however looks to be a duplicate of
bug 292159 so I am marking it as such.  It should be resolved with
casper version 1.162.  Thanks.

   MASTER update-initramfs is disabled since running on a live CD but it is running from a flash drive.
