Looking around it seems linux-restricted-modules-server exists for
jaunty:

ogasawara at emiko:~$ apt-cache policy linux-restricted-modules-server
linux-restricted-modules-server:

        500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com jaunty/restricted Packages

Regarding the linux-image-debug packages, it seems that is a duplicate
of bug 289087 so I am marking to as such.  Thanks.
