[Bug 391292] [NEW] linux-generic-pae kernel can't load a graphic nor a console session

As I have 4 GB of RAM and I'm used to try the server kernel, and I
decided to try this PAE kernel. Unfortunately, after usplash loads, the
screen goes blank and small artefacts appear. When trying to log in to a
console session, my display shows an "Input not supported" OSD, making
the system unusable.
