psychodude - might be helpful for you to have a long careful read of
this bug :)

There are several hundred posts covering a multitude of issues and
suggestions.

This is seemly a very complex bug to fix with several overlapping pieces
of software pulling in different directions. as its not fixed for a lot
of people.
