[Bug 377480] [NEW] no sound after improper shutdown

Public bug reported:

After using the system for long hours when I tried to shut down , it stopped at "stopping Bluetooth....."
After I manually restarted the system there is no sound not even the login sound. I tried most of the troubleshooting but to no success.
Really i am in trouble so please help me as reinstalling the os form scratch is not possible and without sound the system is dump.
