ok latest news... 
backlight on my lappie is working in 9.04 and also in 9.10 live cd without any modifications... so this is nothing with ubuntu...
wiejkciuk tested bios reset, and he also downgrade his bios to the same version as i got.. but.. it still doesn't work.. ;/
the only cluse is that my keys wasn't working from scratch in 9.04 i made some changes.. i installed some alhpa version of xorg and also modified my xorg.conf... then i was unable to load gdm.. so i removed the xorg and all conf.. and suddenly everything started to work...
so if anyone has got any sugestion please help us.. cause i think i'm the only person that has got those keys and backlight working ;)
