[Bug 414560] Re: ath9k disassociates/reassociates a lot

One additional data point here - with 2.6.31-12, I had the
disassociation problem on campus at CMU (hundreds of access points,
usually 5-10 of them visible at once, unsecured network), but not at
home (one access point, WEP).  Will report on 2.6.31-13 later.
