I can see now that you have Ubuntu 8.04 installed, not 9.04.

Please install Ubuntu 9.04. You can get it here:
http://mirror.isoc.org.il/pub/ubuntu-releases/jaunty/ubuntu-9.04-desktop-i386.iso

I think that it will be better for you to install it straight over the
current installation because upgrading from 8.04 would take much longer.

I know that your English is not so good so I will be happy to help on
the phone again.
