[Bug 437990] [NEW] intel 4965 fails with 5ghz (karmic regression)

Public bug reported:

My wireless access point does both 2.4GHz (B/G) and 5GHz (N) using two
different SSIDs.  If I make it associate on 5GHz then access fails
quickly (eg telling update manager to update will get a few bytes then
stop).  Everything works fine on 2.4GHz.  Under Jaunty on the same
machine 5GHz worked just fine.

At the failure point this message is logged a lot:

  iwlagn 0000:03:00.0: ERROR: No TX rate available.
