I agree with Igor, in terms of testing, this is a very severe issue. If
I wasn't able to put that boot option into place (like 99% of the
users), I wouldn't have been able to do any testing at all. In terms of
marketing, I think it is not a good idea to release beta software
without the Intel graphics working. There were so many arguments and
reviews on that issue. And we cannot make sure that it really works if
there is no feedback from beta users.

If you'd ask me, I'd propose delivering it with beta, delaying beta or
releasing a beta-2 the week after.
