[Bug 553623] Re: [lucid] [r8169] ethernet adaptor fails to be detected in live installer (for PXE boot)

In this case I booted the system from USB to get to an usable system so
I could retrieve the attached output of 'lspci -vnvn': the installation
seems to hang in the middle of retrieving or configuring packages using
alternate or server daily images. I will attach the other logs as soon
as possible.
