You have been subscribed to a public bug:

Binary package hint: xfce4-panel

After suspending and waking up, the mouse pointer is not visible any
more. If one manages to guess where it might be on the screen, at least
some things seem to work as expected*. But the mouse pointer is gone.

*) I say /some/ things because I cannot open a terminal (alt-f2 does not
display the little window. The Applications menu appears but does not
open the terminal when I click it).

Funny: No idea what I did, but after I finished the bug report, the
mouse pointer appeared again.

Xubuntu 9.10 Beta1 liveCD. I have no idea what package to specify. The
same error already appeared in alpha2.

** Affects: linux (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Incomplete
