Hey there

I am having exactly the same Problem as Station8 with the Acer Travelmate 3200, it works fine with an USB Mouse attached (the Touchpad then works fine too) and as soon as the USB Mouse is disconnected and I move the Cursor with the Touchpad it freezes. When booting the system without an USB Mouse attached it freezes at the gdm login promt.
I am using Karmic with Kernel 2.6.31-20-Generic, attached is my Dmesg Output with attached USB Mouse.
