Ok, the patch to disable pci msi interrupts for this motherboard chipset
(Both Daniel and Arturas K have the same pci ids) can be found here:

Since Daniel has confirmed this to fix his issues, I'll be sending the
patch to the kernel-team mailing list for inclusion into Lucid.
