[Bug 559489] [NEW] After upgrade to 10.04 Beta 2 visual effects don't work at all

I upgraded from beta 1 to beta 2 after i restarted my notebook i
realized, that the Docky from gnome Do isn't working.

I had to turn the visual effects on, unfortunately this is not possible, the system is searching for  hardware but after find it, i can't choose it, then my mice arrow become and 'X',  I also have some other visual crashes.
I have Intel 965Graphics.
