Runs correctly and without any problem in VMWare.
MD5sum of the downloaded iso's were correct.
The fuzzy colors are always the same, not random.
The Ubuntu-version has purple-brown colors.
The Xubuntu-version has green-blue colors.
The Check-CD (both ubuntu/xubuntu) has gray colors.
I'm not entirely sure if it's a plymouth issue, but since I don't see any form of splash-screen this was my best guess.
