[Bug 551425] Re: broadcom wifi does not connect properly if using STATIC IP on LUCID

after doing further testing with another router and using various
settings,  I have revised the bug description due to recent findings
that suggest that if a static IP is used the wifi indicator does not
work correctly.

Currently using lucid with the most recent kernel and most recent
broadcom driver
