[Bug 561425] [NEW] [Lucid] pre-stable backports of important kvm patches

Public bug reported:

The following 10 patches have been submitted for stable and are queued
there for the next release but we should add them to out Lucid kernel as
they fix some important problems. The patchset has been tested locally
and reviewed by the maintainers.

* KVM: x86: disable paravirt mmu reporting
* KVM: VMX: Disable unrestricted guest when EPT disabled
* KVM: SVM: Reset cr0 properly on vcpu reset
* KVM: VMX: Use macros instead of hex value on cr0 initialization
* KVM: VMX: Update instruction length on intercepted BP
* KVM: Fix segment descriptor loading
* KVM: x86 emulator: Fix popf emulation
* KVM: x86 emulator: Check IOPL level during io instruction emulation
* KVM: x86 emulator: fix memory access during x86 emulation
* KVM: x86 emulator: Add Virtual-8086 mode of emulation
