Public bug reported:
Lucid is unable to access disk drives on a Promise FastTrak TX2000
controller (PDC20271). This is a serious regression. No drives are
found.
The pata_pdc2027x module loads but reports a 0Khz PLL clock:
A7M266D kernel: [ 878.820515] pata_pdc2027x 0000:03:06.0: PCI INT A disabled

A7M266D kernel: [ 887.320118] pata_pdc2027x: 40-conductor cable detected on port 1
Those final two messages about 40-conductor cables are incorrect too -
both ports have high-quality known-good 80-conductor cables.
The key problem is " Invalid PLL input clock 0kHz" which is probably the
root cause of all other symptoms.
