I don't get this trace anymore when pressing the wifi key, but it still
doesn't work:

$ rfkill list
0: dell-wifi: Wireless LAN
        Soft blocked: no
        Hard blocked: yes
1: phy0: Wireless LAN
        Soft blocked: no
        Hard blocked: no

press wifi key:
dmesg shows
iwlagn 0000:05:00.0: RF_KILL bit toggled to disable radio.

$ rfkill list
0: dell-wifi: Wireless LAN
        Soft blocked: yes
        Hard blocked: yes
1: phy0: Wireless LAN
        Soft blocked: yes
        Hard blocked: yes


press wifi key again:
dmesg shows
