Patch to Gnome-settings-daemon to add support for super (windows key) +
p key combination. This is against gnome-settings-daemon on 10.04.

This was written by Micheal Terry in Canoncial oem serivces. There has
been some testing. Will report back with extensive testing shortly.

This is now officially the way Dell will be treating the video out hot
key on many (if not all) Dell machines moving forward.
