I'm afraid (happily so) I must inform you that I have not seen any repro of
this issue.

Consider this a "one off" "can't repro" bug, I suppose.

I did do a clean install of 9.10 since this bug was reported, and have had
no issues since!

But - thanks for attempting to keep on top of these issues - it's very
encouraging to see!
