Hello, and sorry for the late reply. I tried running the " sudo bash
/usr/share/checkbox/scripts/suspend_test --full " test. I noticed that
during the test, my system would not resume automatically. I read that
some people had trouble with this and had to set system clock to GMT so
I did, but still this didn't solve my issue. Nonetheless, I managed to
run the whole test, manually resuming my computer each time, which was a
pain, but then at the end, I had an error in generating test results. It
wasn't able to create the output files.. I forget exactly what the error
was since I ran this a while ago but I don't know why it would have any
issue with rights since I ran the script as sudo.. Another thing I
noticed was that although under normal circumstances I can never put my
computer to sleep, this script successfully puts it to sleep and even if
I were to quit the test cycle midway through, I can now put my computer
to sleep by going to the top right corner and choosing the sleep option.
Normally, this would result in my computer immediately starting back up
but after going through the first and second test of the script, the
problem is remedied. So this is how I now put my computer to sleep..
It'ld be nice if I knew exactly what command the script uses so I can
create a launcher and use that command.. I already tested Lucid's
ability to put my computer to sleep and it's still the same problem.
