Hi Jeremy,
i found the problem with my laptop crashing. I cleaned out all the dust from
the fan area. All the dirt clogged up the fins from the radiator and made it
overheat. It now runs at 20-25 degrees C less than before and doesn't crash
any more.
I think the overheating could be better handled. When I dual booted into
windows 7, this didn't happen. Don't worry, I now deleted the windows
partition.
