i thought i had replied awhile back when this bug was closed, basically, i
had to reinstall ubuntu eee in an older version, and i slowly did updates, a
few at a time, so far it has not asked me to upgrade to the latest, i
believe im still on 8.10, which does not even have the xserver installed, i
might be wrong, i thank you guys for trying to help as much as you can, i
think it might have been an update glitch, allthough im very cureiouse as to
why the update/upgrade program is not asking me to upgrade to 9.**
im going to boot the comp i had the issue with in a sec and run that command
though
