@MCAD2008, looks like a wubi setup from your kernel boot command:
[    0.000000] Kernel command line: root=UUID=A03B-C9B5 loop=/ubuntu/disks/root.disk ro ROOTFLAGS=sync quiet splash 

Or at least an installation over a loop device probably on a filesystem
not supporting symlinks and it's very likely a dup of 292900
