@Jeremy: I've tested with the current .34 kernel from
http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/daily/2010-04-28-lucid/
and that solves the problem.

Don't dare  to remove the needs-upstream-testing tag since I'm probably
supposed to test with a current .32 kernel, right? Couldn't find one of
28-4 though... Will look again tomorrow.
